Restoration
The breath quickens as the beast opens an eye.
The world is black and warm and it remembers.
It has been too long.
From the cove, the beast slinks, glowing eye penetrating the murk.
It angers. It hungers. It remembers.
It defends.
Why I love Thor so damn much.
He’s an idiot and he’s a pompous asshat for the most part. He thinks everyone loves him and literally doesn’t understand sometimes if you don’t like him.
However, he is full of such love. I love Loki, but gosh if he were actually your brother you’d have a lot of reason to hate the fuck out of the little shit. However, time and time again Thor forgives his brother. Even when Loki argues that they’re not family, Thor doesn’t care and still calls him brother. He calls Asgard their home. He calls Odin their father. He tells Loki how they played together and grew up together.
Thor in many ways is a big, goofy Golden Retriever. A bit slow sometimes, but full of love and loyalty and no one can get in the way of that.

I appreciate your humor. But no. It’s because I’m out of touch with the fandom and it’s beginning to bother me with the characters inaccurate for time period, the whiny drama queens, and the special snowflakes.
I simply can’t keep track of everything.

You’re wonderful (most of you), but I feel as if I can no longer play this character. Too much drama, too much that I don’t understand, and too much indifference. I understand that we have a lot of characters, but it’s troublesome to see the same ones interacting all of the time. I just don’t feel welcome anymore.
